Armadillo

I have had the pleasure of spending most of my life in the company of "Hover Hogs". (Yes, they do taste like pork but don't ask me how I know.)They leave their marks as they look for grubs all over our place. When I was a boy we spent hours sneaking up on them. We would then rush up on them & yank them off the ground by their tail.If your were too slow it was like getting hit in the face with a bowling ball. They jump straight up about 3'when frightened & never failed to bloody a slow boy's nose, Great fun in a simpler time!
