Another image from a simpler time. I remember painting & installing lighted Coke signs. You could hand letter the plexiglass if you wipe it down with fabric softener before hand otherwise the static electricity would literally pull the paint out of your brush..... I remember stopping  in at a small grocery store on the way home once. The owner drank a bit & wanted me to answer a question before he checked me out. His question was "Would you trade places with Ole Howard Hughes? Now at the time he was the richest man in the world so as a young poor man I said I reckoned I would! He laughed & replied that I had just traded places with a dead man !!!!  Seems he had just heard the news of his death on the radio....
